Joint and crack repair

LIESEN offers tailor-made solutions, from joint cutting to filling
Joints and cracks in asphalt and concrete surfaces.

Joint sealing work means the sealing of joints with a joint sealing compound. We only use our Liesen BITUFUG® DS5 or WR6 bitumen-based joint sealing compound with mineral fillers on our construction sites. The method of joint renovation is recommended for joints from 5-6mm width. In particular, joints in concrete roadways, cracks, open seams, asphalt surfaces, motorways, federal roads, airfields, etc. are filled with this grouting material. The BITUFUG® casting compounds are gently melted to the required processing temperature in an indirectly heatable casting boiler. Liesen joint sealing compounds are produced for high cold and heat stress!

Properties of the joint sealing compounds DS5

  • Good permanent plasticity
